The proposal includes the redevelopment of an existing offices/administration area into a bar located at the entrance of the arena. The new bar at entrance level, allows for a significant increase in serving capacity whilst providing a flexible space that can be used for different events. The entrance level bar utilises a central location between the existing Arena entrance and the new entrance from the Pavilion. Our proposals provide total flexibility for each type of event being held. The space can be used for maximum capacity events, pre and post-game/event occasions, small music performances and corporate events. The layout greatly improves our client’s serving capacity whilst also improving customer flows and reducing their queuing times.

The modern industrial style combines raw and refined elements to create a dynamic and visually engaging space. Metal mesh panels add texture and transparency, while sleek stainless-steel surfaces provide a polished, contemporary edge that balances the design. Exposed brick walls contribute warmth and authenticity, evoking a sense of character. To tie it all together, vibrant pops of colour are strategically incorporated, drawing inspiration from the energetic Ice Hockey theme. These bold accents not only complement the industrial elements but also infuse the space with personality, making it both modern and inviting.
