This state-of-the-art distribution centre for Magowan Tyres NI Ltd is located on a 3.0ha site in Newtownabbey with connecting links to the A8 and M2.

It provides 10,000m2 of storage space or 500,000 tyres with automated boom, belt and conveyors within the storage and racking areas. All picking areas are designed to meet the spatial requirements of the newest reach trucks and forklifts with associated charging points and safety requirements.

The building also provides 650m2 of office space, service space and accommodation facilities for warehouse staff.
